John Bodden

John has more than 20 years of public accounting and audit experience, principally in audit and advisory services for public companies, real estate, hospitality, and financial services clients that include, securities broker-dealers, commodity pools, hedge funds, and investment advisors. John’s experience includes researching complex business transactions, including matters relating to business combinations, share-based compensation, income tax issues, and fair value reporting. Additionally, he has extensive experience with investment company accounting, and broker-dealer regulations under SEC Rules 17a-5, 15c3-1, and 15c3-3 and is proficient with SEC/PCAOB rules and regulations.

John received his master’s degree from the University of North Texas, and is a member of the AICPA and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
