Matt Kundert

Matt Kundert is a trusted audit partner known for his hands-on leadership and deep technical expertise. With over a decade of experience, he brings a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative approach to every engagement. He has coordinated and administered annual audit plans for clients with revenues ranging from $600 million to $2.5 billion across a diverse mix of industries, including not-for-profit organizations, health systems, transportation and logistics, home building and servicing, defense equipment manufacturing, retail, oil & gas and life sciences. Matt is experienced in IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, IFRS to US GAAP conversions and debt issuances, among others. Beyond technical expertise, Matt contributes to the firm’s growth through business development, strategic planning, and leads trainings on emerging accounting topics.

Matt graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and obtained his Master’s degree in accounting from the University of Tulsa. Outside of work, Matt enjoys golfing, traveling and watching OU football. Most of all, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, and son, Henry, believing that strong family bonds are the foundation for a fulfilling and successful life—both personally and professionally.
