Michael Vendetti

Michael joined the firm in 2008 and joined the partnership in 2020. He has extensive experience working with public and private companies, not-for-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans.  His specialist practice areas include stock based compensation, derivatives and business combinations. Michael is a graduate of Harding University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs.
